It is not sufficient simply to put together a summary at the end of the field time to ensure that a project is concluded satisfactorily for all involved. We constantly keep you in the loop with meaningful updates, continuous reporting and interim deliveries. We set ourselves interim objectives (and welcome your input in defining them), and use them to evaluate how a project is progressing. As a general rule, as soon as ten per cent of the data has been collected, we check all parameters of the survey.

Data quality, paying particular attention to open responses, repetition rates for scaled questions and the prevalence of unanswered questions
- Interview durations
- Quota achievement
- Interviewer engagement in relation to field time
